No person shall take, escort or permit any child under six years of age on the golf course at Highland Park at any time the course is being used or is available for golfing purposes. The Staff at Highland Park Golf Course is authorized to prohibit from playing or to eject from the course any person who violates or intends to violate this section.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to golf, or cause golf balls to land on the grounds of any golf course or driving range owned by the City of Bloomington unless such person has paid any appropriate fees or otherwise obtained permission to be on the golf course or driving range.

B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to hit any golf balls or to cause any golf balls to be hit onto any City parks or golf courses except golf courses or driving ranges where such activities are permitted when the appropriate fees have been paid.

C. 
Any person or persons found to be violating this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250.
