For the services hereinafter mentioned, the Township Clerk shall
charge the following fees:
a. For certifying any public record such as an ordinance, resolution,
minutes and other public documents, $0.75 per page for the first page
to tenth page, $0.50 per page for the eleventh page to twentieth page
and $0.25 per page for all pages over 20.
b. Furnishing any copy, by photostating or otherwise of any public record,
$0.75 per page for the first page to tenth page; $0.50 per page for
the eleventh page to twentieth page and $0.25 per page for all pages
over 20, or for any fractional part thereof.
c. For furnishing any ordinance in booklet form, such as the zoning
ordinance or the building code, or any other code, the amount to be
charged for such ordinance in booklet form shall be the amount printed
on such booklet as the charge thereof. In the event such booklet sets
forth no charge, the charge for the same shall be the minimum of $5.00.

For the services hereinafter mentioned, the Police Department
shall charge the following fees:
a. For the request of any copy of reports furnished other than in person,
an additional fee of up to $5.00 for the first three (3) pages and
$1.00 per page thereafter may be added to cover the administrative
costs of the report.
b. For any other public record, the sum will be $0.75 per page for the
first page to tenth page, $0.50 per page for the eleventh page to
twentieth page and $0.25 per page for all pages over 20.
c. For furnishing photographs, $10.00 for the first photograph and $10.00
for each additional photograph or print.
d. For furnishing mobile digital video, a fee of $5.00 dollars per copy
of a digital video.
e. Where record archives must be searched manually, the Township will
charge a fee in addition to the reproduction fee, as set forth above
in paragraphs a. through d. of this subsection of $11.00 per hour
to search and gather the requested documents.

The Collector of Taxes and Water Accounts shall charge, for
the issuance of a copy of a tax bill or water bill, $0.75 per page
for the first page to tenth page, $0.50 per page for the eleventh
page to twentieth page and $0.25 per page for all pages over 20.

For the services hereinafter mentioned, the Court Administrator
shall charge the following fees:
a. For certifying any public documents such as a complaint, a summons,
a warrant or any other pleading or legal document, $0.75 per page
for the first page to tenth page, $0.50 per page for the eleventh
page to twentieth page and $0.25 per page for all pages over 20.
b. For copying any complaint, summons, warrant or any other pleading
or public document, $0.75 per page for the first page to tenth page,
$0.50 per page for the eleventh page to twentieth page and $0.25 per
page for all pages over 20 or fractional part thereof.

For the services hereinafter mentioned, the secretaries of the
Planning and Zoning Board shall charge the following fees:
a. For certifying any public record such as an ordinance, resolution,
minutes and other public documents, $0.75 per page for the first page
to tenth page, $0.50 per page for the eleventh page to twentieth page
and $0.25 per page for all pages over 20.
b. Furnishing any copy, by photostating or otherwise of any public record,
$0.75 per page for the first page to tenth page; $0.50 per page for
the eleventh page to twentieth page and $0.25 per page for all pages
over 20, or for any fractional part thereof.

For the services hereinafter mentioned, the secretary of any
other board, agency or commission of the Township shall charge the
following fees:
a. For certifying any public record, the sum will be $0.75 per page
for the first page to tenth page, $0.50 per page for the eleventh
page to twentieth page and $0.25 per page for all pages over 20.
b. For furnishing any copy of any public record, by photostating or
otherwise, the sum will be $0.75 per page for the first page to tenth
page, $0.50 per page for the eleventh page to twentieth page and $0.25
per page for all pages over 20.
c. For furnishing Certificate of Occupancy Compliance letter by the
Director of Zoning and Development ten ($10.00) dollars.

Nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the above-named
officers to certify or issue any copy of any record unless such records
are public records.

All sums collected under the provisions of this section shall
be considered the funds of the Township and shall be paid by the respective
officers or departments to the Chief Financial Officer of the Township
within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt thereof. By the fifth day
of each month, each department head or other responsible employee
shall file a written report to the Township Manager in accordance
with the standard procedures as issued by the Township Manager.
