Rules and regulations of the parks and recreation areas belonging to and under the control of the Town of Lanesborough may be promulgated by the Lanesborough Recreation Committee in conjunction with the Select Board.

Any violation of the rules and/or procedures pertaining to any park or recreation area shall be punishable by a noncriminal disposition fine of $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense.
This bylaw shall be enforced by the Lanesborough Police Department and its agents.
