There shall be created and established the position of Dietitian in the Health Department of the City of Orange Township who shall counsel, analyze, comprehend and interpret dietary and nutritional problems of WIC recipients in the city's state-funded WIC program.

The minimum qualifications of the person appointed Dietitian in the office of the Health Department pursuant to the provisions of this Article shall be as follows: graduation from a four-year course at an accredited college or university with a major course of study in dietetics, nutrition, food or food service management, considerable knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of dietetics and diet management and the ability to analyze and interpret dietary problems.
