Orange Township, NJ Article II Drug-Free Zones

§ 84-4 Adoption of provisions.

The City of Orange Township adopts the provisions of the Attorney General's Statewide Action Plan for Narcotics Enforcement, Directive 5.2.

§ 84-5 Forwarding of map to County Prosecutor.

A copy of schematic map shall be forwarded to the office of the Essex County Prosecutor, Essex County Courts Building, Newark, New Jersey.

§ 84-6 Adoption of map; judicial notice.

Said schematic map shall be adopted as official and is subject to judicial notice in all criminal prosecutions.

A copy of said map is on file with the office of the Municipal Clerk and the Orange Police Department.
