There shall be hereby fixed and established the following fees for the purchase of photostatic copies of reports and other records on file with the Department of Community and Economic Development, upon payment of the following fees:

The Department of Community and Economic Development shall issue a receipt for all fees and moneys received for the materials furnished as hereinabove provided and shall cause said fees to be deposited in the general treasury not later than forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of said fees.
