Article XI: Documents Filed With Municipal Court

§ 88-23 Fees.

There shall be hereby fixed and established fees chargeable by the Municipal Court of the City of Orange Township for copies of documents set forth below in accordance with N.J.S.A. 22A:3-4:

Certificate of judgment: two dollars ($2.).

Certified copy of paper filed with the court as a public record:

First page: two dollars ($2.).

(2)

Each additional page: fifty cents ($0.50).

Copy of a paper filed with court as a public record.

First page: one dollar ($1.).

(2)

Each additional page: fifty cents ($0.50).
