For the purposes of this Article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
Such term shall be divided into two (2) classes, clean paper and mixed paper, as follows:
CLEAN PAPER- Newspapers, magazines, books, corrugated boxes and similar unsoiled paper, and there shall be no time limitation as to the storage thereof, provided that the same is stored as set forth in this Article.
MIXED PAPER- Loose paper, including paper picked up on the public streets or secured in stores or offices and soiled paper of different types and varieties. "Mixed paper" shall not be stored for a period in excess of forty-eight (48) hours in any paper storage building, and it shall be illegal to store more than one hundred (100) tons of mixed paper in a paper storage building at any time.
Any premises or building used or set aside for the purpose of storing, purchasing, selling or baling old or used paper, which shall include used paper of all descriptions, including, but not by way of limitation, old or used newspapers, cartons, magazines and other paper products.
