A. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
B. 
Any vehicle found within the City of Orange Township may be impounded or immobilized by the Police Department if there are any outstanding warrants against the vehicle pursuant to Section 12 of P.L. 1985, c. 14 (N.J.S.A. 39:4-139.13).

No vehicles shall be permitted to park in spaces on street parallel, perpendicular or at an angle to the curb at any time on the following streets or parts of streets. Any vehicle parked or standing within the zones specified in Schedule XXV (§ 200-52.4) attached hereto and made a part of this chapter, may be removed by towing at the owner's or operator's expense. Spaces shall be suitably marked as such and indicated thereon by signs.
