The Borough may include all costs incurred into the review fee charged to an applicant. The review fee may include, but not be limited to, costs for the following:
A. 
Administrative/clerical processing.
B. 
Review of the SWM site plan.
C. 
Review of a SWM site plan resubmission.
D. 
Attendance at meetings.
E. 
Inspections.
