A code regulating the location, construction, alteration, use
and supervision of public non-community and non-public water systems
requiring certain permits, providing for the inspection of such supplies,
the fixing of fees and prescribing penalties for violations thereof
is hereby established pursuant to R.S. 26:3-69.1 to 69.6. A copy of
the code is annexed hereto and made a part hereof without the inclusion
of the text herein.
The code established and adopted by this article is described
and commonly known as Standards for the Construction of Public Non-Community
and Non-Public Water Systems (1978).
Three copies of the Standards for the Construction of Public
Non-Community and Non-Public Water Systems (1978) have been placed
on file in the office of the secretary of the division of health for
the use and examination of the public.
