(a)
No person shall park any vehicle in any restricted area in the rear of the City Hall except by persons having lawful business therein, as indicated on an identification sticker on such vehicle and then only during the time indicated on such sticker.
(b)
In the non-restricted area in the rear of the City Hall, parking shall be permitted only to those people who are transacting business in the City Hall and such parking shall not exceed a period of thirty (30) minutes.
