[MC 1972-18, § 1, June 5, 1972]
No person shall operate a motor vehicle in or upon any parking lot contiguous to any of the schools operated by the Board of Education of the City of Plainfield, or the offices of the Board of Education, or any access roads associated with such parking lots:
(a)
So as to use such lot or road as a thoroughfare for the purpose of passing from one public street to another.
(b)
Except for the purpose of entering, parking, and exiting thereon and therefrom,
(c)
Unless such person has lawful business in or upon such premises,
(d)
So as to enter the parking lot except in the direction indicated by the arrows marked on the pavement, or
(e)
So as to obstruct or unreasonably interfere with the ingress or egress of pedestrians to or from, or the progress of motor vehicles or pedestrians within such parking lots or school premises.
