All of the administrative functions, powers and duties of the
municipality other than those vested in the Office of the Clerk, shall
be allocated among and within the following departments:
a. Department of Administration;
c. Department of Public Works;
d. Department of Engineering;
f. Department of Recreation;
g. Department of Community Development;
h. Department of Construction Code Enforcement and Inspections;
i. Chief of Staff and the following boards, commissions, agencies and
instrumentalities which permitted by law, and as may be required by
N.J.S.A. 40:69A-43(a):
k. Zoning Board of Adjustment;
m. Board of Recreation Commissioners;
o. Rent Review Board; and the following boards, commission agencies
and instrumentalities which are permitted by law and which may be
created, revised, appointed in an advisory capacity to the Township
on an as needed basis:
p. Animal Control Advisory Board;
q. Advisory Board of Health;
r. General Board of Assessments;
s. Senior Citizens Advisory Board;
t. Advisory Cultural Arts Board.
