It is hereby created in the Borough of Merchantville the position
of Chief Financial Officer.
The term and appointment of the Chief Financial Officer shall
be made by the governing body in accordance with the provisions of
N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq.
The annual compensation for the Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Merchantville shall be fixed by the governing body in accordance with Chapter 67, Salaries and Compensation, of the Merchantville Borough Code.
