Township of Barnegat, NJ Chapter 11A Holiday Celebrations Committee

§ 11A-1 Establishment.

A Holiday Celebrations Committee is hereby established within the Township of Barnegat as follows.

§ 11A-2 Purpose; term of appointments.

This Committee shall be established to serve at the pleasure of the governing body, with all appointments for a term of one (1) year.

§ 11A-3 Membership; officers.

A. This Committee shall consist of seven (7) regular members and two (2) alternates.

B. The Committee shall organize and appoint the following officers:

(1) Chairman.

(2) Vice Chairman.

(3) Secretary.

§ 11A-4 Repealer.

Any ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of such consistency.

§ 11A-5 When effective.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final adoption and publication as provided by law.
