The purpose of this ordinance shall prohibit smoking on the following Township owned Recreation Facilities:

Playgrounds located at:
(1) 
159 Village Drive
(2) 
3 Bilge Avenue
(3) 
58 Georgetown Boulevard
(4) 
161 Beverly Drive
(5) 
47 First Street
(6) 
149 Bengal Blvd, Project Playground
B. 
Watts Gazebo Park, 352 North Main Street
C. 
Little League Baseball & Soccer Club Fields, 1001 Barnegat Blvd., North
D. 
Softball League Field, 66 Water Street
E. 
38 Old Lower Shore Road, Football & Baseball field complex
F. 
The Township skate park facility located at 900 West Bay Avenue.

Any person who violates any one (1) or more of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.) for each separate offense and/or confinement in the Ocean County Jail for a period of not more than ten (10) days. In the case of a continuing violation or violations, a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.) may be assessed for each day that said violation or violations continue unabated, until such time as said violation or violations are corrected. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
