Whenever any words and phrases are used in this article, the
meaning respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle I of Title 39 of
the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be deemed to apply to such
words and phrases used herein.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at any time upon the
following streets or parts of streets:
A. That portion of West Bay Avenue (County Road 534) between a point
seven hundred fifty (750) feet west of the most westerly curbline
of Memorial Drive and a point five hundred (500) feet westerly therefrom.
B. Along both sides of Bay Shore Drive from a point on the easterly
curbline of U.S. Highway Route 9 to a point one hundred fifty (150)
feet of said curbline.

C. Along both sides of Ravenwood Boulevard from the westerly curbline
of Barnegat Boulevard to a point seventy five (75) feet westerly thereof.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute,
every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article
or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more
than fifty dollars ($50) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding
fifteen (15) days, or both.
If any part or parts of this article are for any reason held
to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of this article.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the
provisions of this article are hereby repealed but only to the extent
of such inconsistencies.
This article shall take effect upon approval by the Department
of Transportation, final passage and publication as required by law
and passage of a consenting resolution by the County of Ocean.
