In accordance with the provisions of section 7-12, no person shall park a vehicle at any time in the areas designated.
a. 
That area designated as a fire zone in the map entitled "Proposed Parking Revision, 20 River Road, Block 112, Lot 1, Bogota, New Jersey" dated August 31, 1981, as revised on September 17, 1981, September 23, 1981 and October 20, 1981 which map is on file with the Department of Transportation and in the office of the borough clerk.
In accordance with the provisions of section 7-13, all vehicles shall move as described below:
a. 
The right lane of the north approach of River Road shall be reserved for right turns only.
b. 
The left lane of the south approach of River Road shall be reserved for left turns only.
c. 
The left lane of the west approach of Fort Lee Road shall be reserved for left turns only.
d. 
The right lane of the west approach of Fort Lee Road shall be reserved for right turns only.
e. 
The left lane of the northerly approach of River Road to West Main Street shall be reserved for left turns only.
f.

In accordance with the provisions of subsection 7-3.9, the parking of motor vehicles in the parking lots designated below shall be restricted as follows:
a. 
Parking lot to the rear of 75 West Main Street, Bogota, New Jersey:

1. 
The owner and/or occupant of said premises shall be permitted to the exclusive use of all parking spaces located on the western half of the parking lot (currently 24 spots, inclusive of two handicap parking spots) during the posted business hours of Monday through Saturday, which spaces shall be reserved for customers, employees, tenants and/or invitees of the owner and/or occupant of said premises. Such spaces shall be open to the public for parking at all other times. Appropriate signage may be installed at each individual parking spot identified in this Subsection a1 advising of the restrictions set forth herein.
2. 
The owner and/or occupant of said premises shall at all times also be permitted to the exclusive use of the two parking spaces located on the southerly side of the parking lot that are adjacent to the building subject to the restrictions set forth in Subsection a1 above. The owner may install appropriate signage at each parking spot identified in this Subsection a2 advising of the restrictions set forth herein.
3. 
The Borough and the general public shall be permitted to the exclusive use of all parking spaces located on the eastern half of the parking lot (currently 24 spots, inclusive of two handicap parking spots), which spaces shall be open to the public at all times, with a two-hour maximum from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Borough shall be permitted to designate four such spots for Borough police vehicle parking only. The Borough shall install appropriate signage implementing such parking rules and restrictions.
4. 
Parking shall be prohibited in all spaces identified in Subsection a1 through 3 above between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on any day (Monday through Sunday) inclusive of all holidays when there is one or more inches of snow on the surface of the parking lot for snow removal and de-icing purposes. In addition, no vehicle shall be parked in any parking space for more than 24 consecutive hours for any reason. Any vehicle in violation of the restrictions set forth in this Subsection a4 is subject to being ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner's sole expense.
5. 
Vehicles in excess of 6,000 pounds total weight shall be prohibited from parking on said lot at all times. Any vehicle in violation of the prohibition set forth in this Subsection a5 is subject to being ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner's sole expense.
b. 
Parking in the lot at the rear of the baseball diamond in Olsen Park on the west side of the Main Street extension shall, at all times, be limited to patrons or visitors of Olsen Park.
c. 
Parking in the lot at the front and side of the Recreation Building in Olsen Park on the Main Street extension shall, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., be limited to patrons or visitors of Olsen Park or of the Recreation Center.
d. 
Parking in the lot located at the end of Bogert Lane in Olsen Park shall be limited to visitors at Olsen Park (commercial vehicles are prohibited) and said parking shall only be permitted from dawn until dusk.
e. 
Parking in the lot of 31 Fairview Avenue shall be limited to vehicles owned by the Bogota Fire Department and its members, the Bureau of Fire Prevention and other emergency service vehicles of the Borough.

North on Orchard Terrace to West Main Street between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on school days.
West on Henry C. Luthin Place to Palisade Avenue from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. school days.
