The provisions of this Title prohibiting the standing or parking
of a vehicle shall apply at all times or at those times herein specified
or as indicated on official signs except when it is necessary to stop
a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with
the directions of a Police Officer or official traffic control device.
The provisions of this Title imposing a time limit on parking
shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe other and more
restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing
or parking of vehicles in specified places or at specified times.
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall
park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets described by ordinance.

A. Designations:
1. No parking shall be allowed upon any street except a designated area
in the City of Truesdale by any motor vehicle, except City employees,
emergency vehicles, and law enforcement officers in the performance
of their duties.
2. Parking will be allowed on the west side of Laura Street from 215
Laura Street to 223 Laura Street in the off street parking area.
3. No Parking will be allowed on Bolm Lane.

4. No Parking allowed on the "inside curb" of Conrad Circle in Dieckmann
Farms.
5. No Parking allowed on the east side of Naomi Street in Dieckmann
Farms.
6. No parking will be allowed on the west side and east side of Naomi
Street in Dieckmann Farms starting at the south end of the street
going north 32 feet.
7. No Parking on the west side of Mike Drive in Heritage Hills.
8. No parking on the north side of Austin Drive in Heritage Hills.
9. No parking on the east side of Cynthia Drive in Heritage Hills.
10. No parking on the north side of Sandra Drive in Heritage Hills.
11. No Parking on the east side of Heritage Landing in Heritage Hills.
12. No parking on the west side of Ashleigh Court in Heritage Hills.
B. Any
violations of this Section shall be punishable by a fine of five dollars
($5.00) up to two hundred dollars ($200.00).
When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof,
no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified by ordinance
of any day except Sunday and public holidays within the districts
or upon any of the streets described by ordinance.

A. There
shall be no parking on the south side of the street in the subdivision
Boone's Hollow Estates at any time.
B. When
there is two (2) inches or more of snow on the ground, there shall
be no parking on the cul-de-sac of Boone's Hollow Estates.
C. There
shall be an eighteen thousand (18,000) pound limit on any motor vehicle
in Boone's Hollow Estates.
D. There
shall be no construction trailers allowed to remain after normal business
hours within Boone's Hollow Estates.
E. Any
person in violation of this Section is subject to a fine of one dollar
($1.00) up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or one (1) day up
to ninety (90) days in jail, or both.
When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof,
no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle between the hours specified
by ordinance of any day except Sundays and public holidays within
the district or upon any of the streets described by ordinance.
Whenever by this Title or any ordinance of the City any parking
time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets,
it shall be the duty of the City to erect appropriate signs giving
notice thereof and no such regulations shall be effective unless said
signs are erected and in place at the time of any alleged offense.
In cases where an equally direct and convenient alternate route
is provided, an ordinance may describe and signs may be erected giving
notice thereof that no persons shall operate any commercial vehicle
upon streets or parts of streets so described except those commercial
vehicles making deliveries thereon.
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle at any time on
South Street from the intersection of Pinckney Street going west to
West Street and Pinckney Street from South Street going south to the
City limits of the City of Truesdale.

No person shall park any mobile home, trailer or other device
which is mounted on wheels and is not self-propelled on any public
street, unless it is attached to a motor vehicle.
