The fees and charges required in the Land Development Volume of the Revised General Ordinances of the Borough of Midland Park shall be as follows:
a.
In addition to those established elsewhere by Ordinance, all applicants or appellants to the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or Governing Body shall pay the following applicable fees:
1.
For approval of minor subdivision

2.
For approval of a major subdivision
$500
plus $100 per lot
3.

Site Plan Application:

plus $100 per additional acre lot
(b)
For approval of an amended site plan application

4.
For approval of a conditional use permit:

5.
For a use variance application pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)

Variance applications other than use variances by the Board of Adjustment

For approval of a certificate of occupancy or a certificate of approval

Copy of the decision of the Governing Body to an interested party in connection with an appeal from the grant of a use variance by the Zoning Board of Adjustment

Any applicant who seeks a subdivision of property or a revision of existing lot lines shall be required to pay the cost of revising the tax map of the Borough as a result of such subdivision or revision in an amount to be determined by the Borough Engineer.

Fees for Sign Permit.
1.
Application fees, each application for each sign shall be accompanied by a filing fee of

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the minimum fee for such sign permit shall be (per sign)

Flags and banners customarily used in connection with the opening of a new business or enterprise shall be permitted to be displayed on the face of the building within which the enterprise or business is opening, on the opening day thereof and for five (5) consecutive business days thereafter, provided only that the person or entity desiring to do so display flags and banners on the opening of the business shall obtain a permit in accordance with subsection 34-17, 10m. and pay therefor a fee of
