The owners of the properties referred to in this section shall provide and install signs and pavement markings as required, which signage and markings shall be in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The cost shall be the responsibility of the owner of said property. The owner shall maintain such installed signs and pavement markings in good condition at no cost or expense to the municipality.
