The purpose of this district is to accommodate shopping, lodging,
entertainment and supporting facilities that are regional attractions
and tourist destinations in areas immediately accessible to the regional
highway network and the Meadows Race Track.

1. In the C-2 Regional Commercial District, only the following uses
are authorized:
A. Permitted uses:

Principal uses:
(a)
Automobile service station.
(b)
Bakery, candy or ice cream store, including processing primarily
for on-site sale.
(f)
Business or professional offices.
(g)
Casino or gaming facility.
(h)
Catering service, including rental hall.
(m)
Day-care center or preschool facility in a place of worship
or school.
(o)
Dry-cleaning pick-up store.
(y)
Medical marijuana dispensary, subject to §
27-1417.
(cc) Place of worship/place of assembly.
(ee) Public utility building or structure.
(kk) Temporary use or structure, other than a construction trailer, model home or sales office, subject to §
27-1905.
(ll) Vehicle accessories sales and installation.
(mm) Vehicle rental, sales and service.
(nn) Oil and gas pipelines and temporary water pipelines, subject to §
27-1413.
(oo) Massage parlor.

A. Planned shopping center: 200 feet.
