No person, or persons, shall operate any type of watercraft powered by an internal combustion engine on any of the bodies of water in the Town of Whitman that are managed by the Conservation Commission, except official Town or other emergency watercraft.

Penalty for a breach hereof shall be in an amount to be specified by the Select Board, not to exceed the maximum prescribed by statute for each offense, which may be recovered by indictment or on complaint before the District Court.
