Whereas, tennis court facilities have been provided by the Borough
of Cliffside Park for the use of its citizens; and the maintenance
and supervision of the tennis courts require expenditures by the Borough
of Cliffside Park; and it is necessary to establish an orderly system
for the use of tennis participants.

A resident tennis pass may be issued to anyone upon presentation
of proof of residence in the Borough of Cliffside Park. A resident
tennis pass shall be valid for one year from March 1 of the year issued.
The age of the resident on the date of issuance shall determine the
fee to be paid. A pass may be renewed upon proof of continued residency
in the Borough of Cliffside Park.

Passes may be obtained from a representative of the department
of recreation upon payment of the appropriate fee.

All holders of passes must comply with the tennis court regulations
established by the department of recreation.

Any passholder who violates any of the regulations may have
his pass revoked by a duly authorized representative of the department
of recreation.

Applications must be completed and the fee paid before a pass
may be issued.
