Whereas, tennis court facilities have been provided by the Borough of Cliffside Park for the use of its citizens; and the maintenance and supervision of the tennis courts require expenditures by the Borough of Cliffside Park; and it is necessary to establish an orderly system for the use of tennis participants.

A resident tennis pass may be issued to anyone upon presentation of proof of residence in the Borough of Cliffside Park. A resident tennis pass shall be valid for one year from March 1 of the year issued. The age of the resident on the date of issuance shall determine the fee to be paid. A pass may be renewed upon proof of continued residency in the Borough of Cliffside Park.

Any passholder who violates any of the regulations may have his pass revoked by a duly authorized representative of the department of recreation.
