The Somerville Police Department is hereby authorized to collect
the following fees:
A.
Police reports.
B.
Photographs: ten dollars ($10) per photograph.
C.
Video reproductions: seventy-five dollars ($75) per video tape.
D.
Audio reproductions: fifty dollars ($50) per audio tape.
G.
Reports via mail/fax: ten dollars ($10) per report in addition to
the above charges.
H.
Meter covers: ten dollars ($10) rental per cover per day.
I.
Copies of digitized data: fifty dollars ($50) per CD or data disk.

There shall be a non-refundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100)
payable upon application for the issuance of each duplicate tax title
certificate. The Tax Collector shall collect such fee before processing
any application.

There shall be a non-refundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25)
payable upon each application for the calculation of the amount due
in order to redeem a tax title certificate as of a given date. The
Tax Collector shall collect such fee before processing any application.

The following fees for copies of the documents specified are
hereby established:

The following fees for photocopying of any documents for which
a specific fee is not otherwise provided in this Code are hereby established:

Fees for copies requested through the open public records act
for letter size and legal size copies shall be:
A.
Pages 1 through 10 no charge
B.
Pages 11-20 fifty cents ($.50) total
C.
Pages 21-30 one dollar ($1.00) total
D.
Pages 31-40 one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) total
E.
Pages 41-50 two dollars ($2.00) total
F.
Greater than fifty (50) pages shall be five cents ($.05) per page
calculated from page 1 for letter size document and seven cents ($.07)
per page for legal size documents.
