§ 2-33 Community Redevelopment Agency Created.

The city council hereby declares there is a need for a community redevelopment agency to function in the City of Oakdale and hereby creates and activates such agency to be known hereafter as the Oakdale Community Redevelopment Agency.

§ 2-34 City Council Designated As Oakdale Community Redevelopment Agency.

The city council does hereby, pursuant to the provisions of Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, declare itself to be the Oakdale Community Redevelopment Agency and that all rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested by the community redevelopment law in such agency shall be and are vested in this body.
