§ 2-40 Findings on uniform procedures for review of administrative decisions.

The city council of the City of Oakdale hereby finds and determines that in order to provide uniform procedures for review of administrative decisions of the City, it is desirable that the City of Oakdale make California Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6 applicable to the City.

The provisions of § 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure are applicable to the City of Oakdale.
