a. 
It is hereby determined that an exterior property area inspection shall be required on the sale and/or resale of all properties within the boundaries of the Township of Cherry Hill to ensure the property is in compliance with § 15-16 of the Township of Cherry Hill Property Maintenance Regulations. Further, any repairs deemed necessary by the Property Maintenance inspector shall be completed within 30 days of notification.
b. 
An inspection fee of $100 shall be charged pursuant to the inspections required under this chapter.
1. 
Fees for reinspection are as follows:
(a) 
For the first reinspection, there shall be no fee.
(b) 
For the second reinspection, there shall be a fee of $25.
(c) 
For the third and each subsequent reinspection, there shall be a fee of $30.
2. 
If any fee is not paid within 30 days of its due date, a late fee surcharge of $20 shall be assessed in addition to any fees outstanding.
c. 
Any individual person, group of persons, association, partnership, business or corporation, or any combination thereof, shall be subject to a fine not less than $100 and not more than $500 per day, for each day that a property is sold and does not have a residential certificate of occupancy under this section.
