There shall be a Department of Administration, the head of which
shall be the Business Administrator. The Department of Administration
shall consist of the Divisions of:

A. The head
of the Division of Information Technology shall be the Chief Information
Officer (CIO). The compensation of the Chief Information Officer shall
be such sum as shall be fixed by law or collective bargaining agreement.
B. The Information
Technology Division shall:
(1) Direct,
manage, support all information technology, software, hardware and
communication systems throughout the Township, including, but not
limited to, the procurement and development of new projects and equipment;
and
(2) Perform
any other duties as may be assigned by the Business Administrator.
