[1975 Code § 3.06]
The corporate seal of the City shall be circular in form and be so constructed as to impress upon paper the word "seal" in a circle formed by the words "City Council of the City of Le Roy, Illinois". The corporate seal shall be kept and remain in the custody of the City Clerk, and an impression thereof attached to all instruments, documents and other corporate acts which now are required to be authenticated by the corporate seal of the City.

All ordinances, as permitted under the statutes of the state, specifically 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-2-4, adopted by the City, shall be published in pamphlet form unless such publication is prohibited or required to be otherwise published by applicable state law.

A. 
Wards: The City shall be divided into four wards, to be known as the first, second, third and fourth wards, the boundaries of which shall be as follows:
1. 
Ward 1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the corporation limits, thence south along the corporation limits to the center line of East Washington Street, thence west along the center line of East Washington Street to the intersection of the center lines of Washington and Lynn Streets, thence north to the intersection of the center lines of Lynn and Warren Streets, thence west along the center line of Warren Street to the corporation limits, thence north along the corporation limits to the Northwest corner of the corporation limits, thence east along the corporation limits to the point of beginning.

Ward 2: Beginning at the center line of East Washington Street and the corporation limits, thence south along the corporation limits to the center line of East Cherry Street extended to the corporation limits, thence west along the center line of Cherry Street extended to the corporation limits, thence north along the corporation limits to the intersection of the center line of Warren Street, thence east along the center line of Warren Street to the intersection of the center lines of Warren and Lynn Streets, thence south along the center line of Lynn Street to the intersection of the center lines of Lynn and Washington Streets, thence east along the center line of Washington Street to the point of beginning.

Ward 3: Beginning at the center line of East Cherry Street extended to the corporation limits, thence south and east along the corporation limits to the intersection of the center line of East Street, thence south along the corporation limits to the intersection with the Interstate 74 right of way, thence north and west along the Interstate 74 right of way to the intersection of the center line of Chestnut Street, thence north along the center line of Chestnut Street to the intersection of the center lines of Chestnut and Vine Streets, thence west along the center line of Vine Street to the corporation limits, thence north along the corporation limits to the intersection of the corporation limits and Cherry Street extended to the corporation limits, thence east along the center line of Cherry Street extended to the point of beginning.

Ward 4: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of County Highway 21 and the southeastern most point of the corporation limits, thence west and north along the corporation limits to the center line of Vine Street, thence east to the intersection of the center lines of Vine and Chestnut Streets, thence south to the intersection of Chestnut Street and the Interstate 74 right of way, thence east along the Interstate 74 right of way to the center line of East Street, thence south along the center line of East Street extended to the intersection of the center lines of East Street and County Highway 21, thence east and south along the corporation limits to the point of beginning.
B. 
Voting Places: Places of voting for residents of the various wards in all general and City elections shall be as follows:
1. 
Ward 1: The northeast room of the township and City hall.
2. 
Ward 2: Water Tower Place.
3. 
Ward 3: Water Tower Place.
4. 
Ward 4: Water Tower Place.
