The regulations set forth in this Article or set forth elsewhere
in Part 3 of this chapter and referred to in this Article are the
district regulations in the R-4 Garden Apartment District.

A building or premises shall be used only for the following
purposes:
C. Areas for parking private automobiles for which no fee is charged
in connection with a building or structure on the same lot or on a
bordering lot, provided that such building or structure is used as
permitted in this Article.
D. Temporary signs, as defined in §
40-601 shall be permitted in this district.
F. Group homes for the developmentally disabled.

Except as hereinafter provided, no building shall be erected
to a height in excess of two and one-half (2 1/2) stories or
thirty-five (35) feet.

Garden apartments shall be designed in accordance with the following
requirements: Garden apartments shall be designed in accordance with
all standards set forth in Parts 2 and 3 of this chapter. The design
standards for townhouses shall be the same as for garden apartments,
with the exception of the maximum density standard applicable to such
use as contained in § 40-2004D2.
