The purpose of the Neighborhood Business Zone is to promote
development in neighborhood business districts that complements the
uses and scale of the surrounding residential neighborhoods.

A. A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
1. Banks and financial institutions—NAICS Group 5221.

2. Existing residential dwellings.
3. Dwellings located on the second floor of a mixed-use building.
4. Funeral homes—NAICS Group 812210, excluding crematories.

5. Institutional and public uses—NAICS Groups 6111, 71211, 8131
and 92.

6. Professional, business and administrative offices—NAICS Groups
6211, 6212 and 6213.

7. Restaurants—NAICS Group 722110, excluding exotic and/or pornographic
entertainment or activities and excluding drive-in restaurants.

9. Garden supplies—NAICS Group 444.

Accessory uses that are customarily incidental to a principal
permitted use.
B. Conditional Uses. A building or premises shall be used, in this zone,
only if it meets the following conditions:
1. Hair, nail and skin care services—NAICS Group 81211.

a.
If the use is 50 linear feet between a similar use; and
b.
The building space is 400 square feet or less.

A. Minimum lot size: five thousand (5,000) square feet.
B. Minimum rear yard: fifteen (15%) percent of the average depth of
the lot.
C. Minimum frontage: fifty (50) feet.
D. Maximum height: two and one-half (2 1/2) stories or thirty-five
(35) feet, whichever is less.
E. Minimum Side Yard Setback. For properties that abut a residential
zone, a side yard setback of six (6) feet shall be provided along
the side that abuts the residential zone.
