(a) 
Town Council may, by ordinance, designate certain streets within the Town to be one-way streets. When such action is taken, signs shall be erected at the entrance and exit of the street, and at points of any intersecting streets.
(b) 
No person who shall operate a vehicle on any street or portion thereof which is established as a one-way street and plainly marked therefor, other than in the direction established by the markings thereon for vehicular travel.
(c) 
A one way traffic restriction is hereby established on that portion of Old Route 19 from the present Route 19 to Pine Creek Road. Traffic upon such portion of Old Route 19 shall be limited to one way traffic proceeding north.
Proper signs shall be erected at each end of the section of Old Route 19 above described giving notice of the one way traffic restriction.

(a) 
Town Council, may establish, by ordinance, speed limits on Town and County roads as permitted by the Vehicle Code, and signs giving notice thereof shall be erected.
(b) 
Speed limits on certain streets are established as follows:
(1) 
Babcock Boulevard from McKnight Road northeasterly to North Park, 35 miles per hour.
(2) 
Balmoral Drive between Windmill Lane and Regency Drive, 20 miles per hour.
(3) 
Duncan Avenue and Duncan Avenue Extension between Babcock Boulevard and the Hampton Township line to the east, 35 miles per hour.
(4) 
Duncan Avenue between Thompson Run Road and the Hampton Township line, 35 miles per hour.
(5) 
East Arcadia Drive, 35 miles per hour.
(6) 
Harmony Parkway from Old Perry Highway at the intersection of Highland Road to Roosevelt Boulevard, 35 miles per hour.
(7) 
Highland Road from Old Perry Highway on the east to Ingomar Road on the west, 35 miles per hour.
(8) 
Highland Road from Willoughby Road to the McCandless — Franklin Township line, 35 miles per hour.
(9) 
Meinert Road from its intersection with Twinhill Road Extension extending northward and westward to the boundary line between the Town of McCandless and Franklin Park Borough, 35 miles per hour.

In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established on Aldenford Drive from East Arcadia Drive to Whitley Drive. Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Vehicle Code.
(32) 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, the 25 miles per hour speed limit on Meinert Road from its Park boundary line is hereby extended the full length of Meinert Road to include Meinert Road from its intersection with Twin Hill Road. Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with Vehicle Code.
(33) 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code a speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established the entire length of Fairfield Road.
(34) 
Winchester Drive, Judy Ann Place and Remington Drive.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established on the entire length of Winchester Drive, the entire length of Judy Ann Place, and on Remington Drive from Peebles Road to Duncan Avenue.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(34) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the speed limit by more than five miles per hour, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five miles per hour over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(35) 
Willoughby Road.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established on the entire length of Willoughby Road from Sloop Road to Highland Road.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(35) hereof shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, plus costs of prosecution.
(36) 
Twin Hill Road and Woodbury Drive.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 m.p.h. is hereby established on the entire length of Twin Hill Road and on the entire length of Woodbury Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(36) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five m.p.h., an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five m.p.h. over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(37) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 m.p.h. is hereby established on the following streets: Crestmont Road, Forest Avenue, Guyton Road, Hazlett Road, Hilliard Road, Katherine Drive, Lincoln Boulevard, Linden Road, Lindisfarne Drive, Oneida Avenue, Post Road, Red Coach Road, Weller Drive, Harmony Road (West Ingomar to Highland), Hedwig Drive (Babcock Boulevard to Meadow Road), Remington Drive (Peebles Road to Duncan Avenue), Roosevelt Boulevard (Harmony Parkway to Van Buren Drive), Harmony Parkway (Roosevelt Boulevard to Old Perry Highway), Arcadia Drive, Park Edge Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(37) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(38) 
Guenevere Drive and Oakridge Drive.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 m.p.h. is hereby established on Guenevere Drive and Oakridge Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(38) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(39) 
Haugh Drive.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 m.p.h. is hereby established on Haugh Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(39) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(40) 
Hillvue Lane.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Code, Title 67, Chapter 201, Section 201.32(b) and (c), a speed limit of 15 m.p.h. is hereby established on both sides of Hillvue Lane, said zone beginning 20 feet east of the curb line on Hillvue where it intersects with Route 19 (Perry Highway) and extending approximately 800 feet east from the first sign. The effective hours of the speed zone shall be 6:45 a.m. — 8:15 a.m., 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m., and 2:15 p.m. — 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Pennsylvania Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(40) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3365 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(41) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 m.p.h. is hereby established on the following streets: Anderson Road, East Barkhurst Drive, West Barkhurst Drive, Breezewood Drive, Casa Grande Drive, Demmler Drive, Edwood Road, Fox Ridge Road, Glenbrook Drive, Inwood Road, Magellan Drive, Olive Street, Saratoga Drive, Stuyvesant Road, Wittmer Road, Almar Drive, Almar Place, Louisville Drive, Doral Drive and North Florence Road.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(41) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(42) 
McCandless Drive.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on McCandless Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(42) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(43) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Arden Drive, Broadlawn Drive, Fassinger Lane, Mary Avenue, Meadowcrest Road, Neuhart Boulevard, Oxbridge Drive, Regency Drive, Remington Drive (Peebles Road to the Ross Township line), Van Dyke Street, Waldwick Drive and Woodview Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(43) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(44) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Springfield Drive, Northgate Drive, Viewcrest Drive, Highmeadow Drive, Concord Drive, Chase Place, Brilikim Drive, Shady Oak Circle and Shady Oak Place.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(44) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(45) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Albemarle Drive, Allante Court, Allison Avenue, Amber Court, Blaze Court, Broad Hill Drive, Broad Meadow Drive, Brooks Road, Calais Drive, Candle Ridge Drive, Center Oak Drive, Collington Square, Coyne Avenue, Eastview Road, Harvest Manor Drive, Highview Road, Ingomar Heights Road, Memorial Drive, Menold Drive, Moreland Road, Olde Villa Drive, Pine Heights Place, Pine Line Drive, Pine Road, Reichold Road Ext., Wallace Road, Wendy View Drive and Woodcrest Road.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(45) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(46) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Mohican Avenue, Iroquois Avenue, Pontiac Avenue, Chickasaw Avenue, Hillcrest Avenue, Chippewa Avenue, Mohawk Avenue, Huron Avenue and Seminole Avenue.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(46) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(47) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Amaryllis Drive, Dormar Drive, Glenellen Drive, Hazlett Road, Heather Place, Hubbard Road, Lancelot Drive, Meadow Oaks Drive, Old Perry Highway (from Pine Creek Road North to Route 19/Perry Highway), Patricia Drive, Plateau Drive, Rosalind Road, Victory Road, Whitley Drive, Wyngold Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the said Vehicle Code.
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this subsection (b)(47) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(48) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Arthur Drive, Harmony Drive (entire length), Old Perry Highway #1 (adjacent to Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), Pannier Road and Terrace Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by subsection (b)(48) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(49) 
Forest Oaks Drive.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Forest Oaks Drive.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(50) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Lake Marshall Drive (entire length), North Villa Drive and South Villa Drive (Babcock Boulevard to the Hampton Township line).
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(51) 
Cumberland Road.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Cumberland Road from Peebles Road to Babcock Boulevard.
B. 
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(52) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Breckenridge Drive, Edelweiss Drive, Alpen Court, Walden Court and Connor Court, all within the Breckenridge Plan of Lots.
B. 
Proper signage shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(53) 
Multiple roads.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Bennington Woods Drive, Covington Place, Elaine Drive, Brittany Place, Springfield Drive, Highmeadow Road and Northgate Drive.
B. 
Proper signage shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Vehicle Code, as amended, that is a fine of $35 and, if convicted of exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph, an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit, plus costs of prosecution.
(54) 
Duncan Avenue.
A. 
In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, a speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established on Duncan Avenue from McKnight Road westward to its terminus.
B. 
Proper signage shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).

North Meadows Drive and Forest Meadows Drive.

In accordance with and under the authority of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, a neighborhood speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established on Ridgecrest Point and Rustin Way in the Rustin Acres plan of lots, and on Hedwig Drive from Babcock Boulevard to Parkview Drive, Parkview Drive from Babcock Boulevard to its terminus (cul-de-sac) and Ridgewood Drive from Kummer Road to Parkview Drive.
B. 
Proper signage shall be erected to give notice of the speed limit in accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code).
C. 
Any person violating the speed limit established by this Subsection (b)(58) shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by Section 3362 of the Vehicle Code, as amended.

(a) 
In accordance with and under authority of the Vehicle Code, parking is hereby prohibited at the following specified locations, and proper signs shall be erected to give notice of such restrictions as required by the Vehicle Code.
(b) 
No parking zones are established as follows:
(1) 
On both sides of Bellcrest Road from Ingomar Road to Ridge Avenue.
(2) 
On both sides of Cumberland Road from McKnight Road to Babcock Boulevard.
(3) 
On Guenevere Drive (Also known as Oakwood Road) from Route 19 eastward to Cumberland Road and McKnight Road.
(4) 
On both sides of Harmony Drive from Ingomar Road northward to the north end of the property of the Ingomar Volunteer Fire Department.
(5) 
On the east side of Harold Place from Harmony Parkway to Highland Road.
(6) 
On both sides of Highland Road from Willoughby Road to Harmony Drive.
(7) 
On both sides of Highland Road from its intersection with Old Perry Highway to its intersection with Terrace Drive.

(c)

Cromwell Drive from Cumberland Road to Barry Drive,
(2) 
Pannier Road from Cumberland Road to Winthrop Drive, and
(3) 
Saginaw Avenue for its entire length.
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the no parking restriction established by this subsection in accordance with the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code. Anyone who violates the provisions of this subsection shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $15 plus costs of prosecution.

(a) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have an access to the shops and stores in the Duncan Manor Shopping Center and the Wexford Plaza Shopping Center a fire lane is hereby established along the front of all of the stores and shops in those shopping centers.
(b) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the North Hills Passavant Hospital, a fire lane is hereby established on the road immediately in front of the hospital and immediately in front of the medical office building located on the hospital property.
(c) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the commercial establishments and offices contained in the Commodore Perry Square Building a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of such building.
(d) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the front of the Harrison House #11 and Grant House #12, within the Presidential Arms apartment complex, a fire lane shall hereby be established along the front of these two buildings, located in this apartment complex.
(e) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the various buildings on the property of the North Allegheny School District located within the Town of McCandless, fire lanes are hereby established on the roadways adjacent to any such buildings.
For purposes of this subsection, "parking" is hereby defined as stopping, standing or parking, but shall not apply to vehicles loading or unloading passengers or materials.
Proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the aforesaid restriction. Such signs to clearly indicate the existence of the fire lane and to provide that no stopping, standing or parking shall be permitted at any time.
(f) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 8050 McKnight Road located at the intersection of Peebles Road and McKnight Road, a fire lane is hereby established on all four sides of such building.
(g) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the Perrymont Building located on Perry Highway, a fire lane is hereby established along the westerly side of the building, the northerly side of the building and for two parking spaces on the southerly side of the building near the rear doorway and for three parking spaces on the southerly side of the building near the front doorway.
(h) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 8352 Babcock Blvd., now known as the Vincentian Sisters of Charity Residential Facility, a fire lane is hereby established for a distance of 107 feet from the front entrance to the north west corner of the building and a distance of 50 feet from the west rear corner of the building.
(i) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the Presidential Arms Apartments, a fire lane is hereby established at Building No. 16, Cleveland House, and Building No. 17, Roosevelt House, along the front of these buildings.
(j) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the Ingomar Shop & Save supermarket at Ingomar Road and Harmony Drive, a fire lane is hereby established consisting of two parking spaces at the Siamese fire hose connection on the southerly side of the building.
(k) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the Villa Riviera Apartments, a fire lane is hereby established 26 feet in length at the main entrance to the building.
(l) 
In order to permit fire truck and fire fighting equipment to access the commercial establishments located in the property now known as the Pine Creek Shopping Center, a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of the building.
(m) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the office building at the northeast corner of McKnight Road and Arcadia Drives, a fire lane is hereby established along the entire rear of the building.
(n) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to Royal Manor Apartments, a fire lane is hereby established on both sides of Royal Manor Drive from Duncan Avenue to South Court and West Court, on both sides of Royal Manor Drive from Building 8870 northwardly to North Court, and then along the southerly line of North Court and also in front of Building 8898, one space immediately in front of Buildings 8814, 8818 and 8830 and also areas immediately adjacent to the grass dividers located in South Court, all as identified and marked by proper no parking signs.
(o) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to Showcase Cinema North, a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of the building.
(p) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access the building located at One Wexford Square, now known as Max Planks, a fire lane is hereby established along with north, south and east sides of the building.
(q) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the Alfred W. Beattie Technical School, a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of the building.
(r) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building now known as HOP Lumber, a fire lane is hereby established along the north, south and west sides of the building.
(s) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to 551 Blazier Drive, now known as Bally's, a fire lane is hereby established on the north, south and west sides of the building.
(t) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to 555 Blazier Drive, now known as Trader Horn/Nikki's Brewery, a fire lane is hereby established on the north, south and west sides of the building.
(u) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the LaRoche College, fire lanes are hereby established along the southern, northern and western side of Academic Hall; 300 feet on the southern side of the Art Building; 150 feet on the western side of Peters Hall; and the western and eastern sides of Wright Library.
(v) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fight equipment to have access to the Sister of Divine Providence Motherhouse, a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of the building.
When proper signs have been erected to give notice of the aforesaid restrictions, no vehicle shall be permitted to park in a fire lane at any time.
(w) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 9795 Perry Highway, a fire lane is hereby established along the full length of the northern side of the building, in front of the fire department connection and in the loading dock area at the southern side of the building.
(x) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 10431 Perry Highway, a fire lane is hereby established along the northern side of the building facing Albermarle Drive, along the rear (western side) of the building and in front of the main entrance (eastern side of the building).
(y) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 10520 Perry Highway, now known as Wright Nissan, a fire lane is hereby established for the area adjacent to the fire department connection on the northern side of the building that faces Wexford Plaza, in the front of the main entrance (western side), along the side entrance to the showroom and the driveway along Reichold Road on the southern side of the areas adjacent to the service garages on the western side rear of the building.
(z) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 5500 Corporate Drive, a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of the building and along both sides of the entrance driveway.
(aa) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 5800 Corporate Drive, a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of the building and along both sides of the entrance driveway.
(bb) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 5700 Corporate Drive, a fire lane is hereby established along the entire front of the building, along both sides of the entrance driveway, and along the northern, eastern and western sides of the first and second floor parking deck areas.
(cc) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to have access to the building at 5300 Corporate Drive, a fire lane is hereby established along all four sides of the building and along both sides of the entrance driveway.
(dd) 
In order to permit fire trucks, fire fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles to have access to the Community College North facility located at 8701 Perry Highway, a fire lane is established for the length of the entrance driveway on both sides and for the exit ramp to Perry Highway on both sides and in front of the building and along all four sides of the building except along the gymnasium side where parking is permitted.
(ee) 
In order to permit fire trucks, fire fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles to have access to The Oaks of McCandless located on Nineteen North Drive, a fire lane is established as follows:
(1) 
At the front entranceway of Buildings 200, 300, 320, 400, 500, 520, 540, 600, 700, 720, 800, 920 (at the main entrances), 940 (at the parking space), 1000 (at the parking space), 1100, 1120 and 1140.
(2) 
At the rear of Building 200, the full width of the roadway, for a distance of 61 feet.
(3) 
At the rear entranceway of:
A. 
Building 400 for a distance of 52 feet.
B. 
Building 600.
C. 
Building 800.
D. 
Building 1,000.
(4) 
At the rear of Building 200, the full width of the roadway for a distance of 61 feet.
(5) 
At the island between Buildings 400 and 600 for a distance of 20 feet.
(6) 
Between Buildings 500 and 740 for a distance of 20 feet.
(7) 
Fifteen feet on either side of the fire hydrant located between Buildings 400 and 600.
(8) 
At the ends of the parking island across from Building 600 for a distance of 20 feet.
(9) 
At the rear of Building 800 at the lined off area for a distance of 19 feet.
(10) 
At the marked off areas between Buildings 800 and 1,000 for a distance of 20 feet.
(11) 
At the rear parking island area of Building 800 for a distance of 20 feet.
(12) 
At the ends of the parking island across from Building 800.
(13) 
A distance of 15 feet on either side of the fire hydrant adjacent to Building 1100.
(14) 
On both sides of the entrance driveway of The Oaks of McCandless (Oaks) from Building 1,100 past the rental office for a distance of 140 feet on the left and 120 feet on the right.
(15) 
On the entrance driveway of the Oaks:
A. 
Along its southern side from Route 19 (Perry Highway) to the entrance driveway of the Community College of Allegheny County-North Campus (CCAC-North) a distance of 71 feet.
B. 
From the northwest corner of the entrance driveway of the CCAC-North along the entrance driveway of The oaks a distance of 277 feet.
C. 
From the parking area adjacent to Building 200 along the entrance driveway of The Oaks a distance of 144 feet to the east.
D. 
From Route 19 (Perry Highway) along the northern side of the entrance driveway of The Oaks a distance of 175 feet.
(ff) 
In order to permit fire trucks, fire fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles to have access to the Administration Building of North Hills Passavant Hospital at 9106 Babcock Boulevard, a fire lane is established as follows:
(1) 
Along the entire front of the building (width of roadway);
(2) 
For the entire width of the roadway along rear driveway to the loading dock area; and
(3) 
At the loading dock and garage area along the entire eastern face of the building.
(gg) 
In order to permit fire trucks, fire fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles to have access to the Support Facilities Building and Daycare Center of North Hills Passavant Hospital, a fire lane is established as follows:
(1) 
A distance of 214 feet in front of the Daycare Center;
(2) 
A distance of 189 feet in front of the Support Facilities Building;
(3) 
A distance of 95 feet on the side of the Support Facilities Building; and
(4) 
A distance of 220 feet along the driveway area at the side of the Support Facilities Building.
(hh) 
In order to permit fire trucks, fire fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles to have access to Arcadia Center, McKnight Road, a fire lane is hereby established from the entrance of the Arcadia Center development Phase II at its intersection with West Arcadia Drive to a point 585 feet in a southerly direction.
(ii) 
In order to permit fire trucks, fire fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles to have access to the Sears Homelife Building at 9365 McKnight Road a fire lane is hereby established as follows:
On the west side of the building along both side of the driveway for a distance of 340 feet; on the west side of the building in the area of the Fire Department connection for a distance of 35 feet; along the south side of the building in the area of the fire hydrant for a distance of 15 feet; on the north side of the building for a distance of 210 feet for the side opposite of the building.
(jj) 
In order to permit fire trucks, fire fighting equipment and other emergency vehicles to have access to the building located in the Pittsburgh Office and Research Park complex on Corporate Drive fire lanes are hereby established as follows:
(1) 
5800 Corporate Drive at the entrance driveway and roadway surrounding the building for the full width of that roadway and at the end of the parking islands; and
(2) 
5900 Corporate Drive at the entrance driveway and the roadway around the driveway right adjacent to the building for the full width of the roadway and entrance driveway and at the end of each parking island.
(kk) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building at 5100 Corporate Drive, now known as Lone Star Steakhouse, a fire lane is hereby established along the entire front of the building; east side, a distance of 132 feet; along the north side of the building a distance of 103 feet and along the south side of the building a distance of 60 feet.
(ll) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 9395 McKnight Road, now known as Outback Steakhouse, a fire lane is hereby established along the entire front of the building (east side) a distance of 128 feet; the entire rear of the building (west side) a distance of 103 feet; a distance of 70 feet from the northwest corner of the building; both corners for a distance of 36 feet from the two (southern side) entrances.
(mm) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 9335 McKnight Road, now known as Blue Cross Blue Shield Primary Care Center, a fire lane is hereby established on the west side of the building for an area 17 feet by 34 feet around the fire hydrant and on the east side of the building a distance of 125 feet from the northeast corner of the building going south.
(nn) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 700 Blazier Drive, now known as State Farm Insurance Company, a fire lane is hereby established on the north side of the building a distance of 15 feet in front of the fire department connection.
(oo) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 500 Blazier Drive, now known as Allegheny University Medical Practices - Wexford, a fire lane is hereby established on the north side in front of the fire hydrant and to the north side, right, in front of the fire department connection.
(pp) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 9840 Old Perry Highway, now known as Northwood Realty Co. Better Homes and Gardens, on the south side of the building for a distance of 143 feet of the curb.
(qq) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 100 North Meadows Drive, now known as Sears Repair Center, a fire lane is hereby established a distance of 115 feet on the south side of the building; a distance of 15 feet in front of the fire hydrant; a distance of 90 feet on the west side of the building; a distance of 22 feet on the north west corner of the building; a distance of 20 feet on the northeast corner of the building and a distance of 55 feet on the southeast corner of the building.
(rr) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 10521 Perry Highway, now known as Hosack Real Estate/Better Homes and Gardens, a fire lane is hereby established for a distance of 30 feet on the northeast corner of the building; a distance of 107 feet along the north side of the building and a distance of 70 feet along the east side of the building.
(ss) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 9576 Perry Highway, now known as the Crestmont Building, a fire lane is hereby established for a distance of 15 feet on the north side in front of the fire hydrant; a distance of 15 feet on the east side of the front entrance of the building and a distance of 15 feet from the west entrance of the building.
(tt) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 111 Perrymont Road, now known as Vincentian Assisted Living, a fire lane is hereby established on the east side of the building starting at the southeast corner extending north a distance of 61 feet to the northeast corner; a distance of 206 feet west from the northeast corner of the rear side of the building to the northwest corner of the building; a distance of 107 feet in the driveway area adjacent to the fire hydrant and the fire department connection.
(uu) 
In order to permit fire trucks and fire fighting equipment to access the building located at 8800 Peebles Road, now known as Memorial Park Church, a fire lane is hereby established a distance of 183 feet on the north side of the building starting at the northwest corner of the parking lot extending east to the driveway entrance.
(vv) 
In order to permit fire apparatus and equipment and other emergency vehicles to maintain access on the driveway serving the Baierl Center, the Newman Stadium Complex and adjoining tennis courts located at the North Allegheny High School, 10375 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA 15090, a fire lane is hereby established.

(a) 
All plantings, structures, vehicles or other things located either within a public right of way or on private property, which constitute an obstruction to the clear view and natural sight distance necessary for the traffic safety of motorist on roads, streets and highways in the Town are hereby declared to be a nuisance and a traffic hazard. Any person creating such a nuisance is subject to the penalty provided in Section 505.99.
(b) 
Any owner, occupant or tenant of property who receives notice from the Town Manager to abate such nuisance shall do so within 10 days thereafter. If such nuisance is not abated and removed, the Town may remove and abate the nuisance at the expense of the owner or owners, lessee or occupant of the premises. Such expenses together with costs shall be recovered by the Town as provided by law for the collection of municipal claims in addition to any other penalty provided by Section 505.99.

Legislative Route 02126, Peebles Road, is designated a thru highway and all traffic shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the same after proper signs have been erected.
(b) 
Legislative Route 02328, Babcock Boulevard, is hereby designated a through highway.
(c) 
Legislative Route 02302, McKnight Road, is hereby designated a through highway.

(a) 
No person shall park a vehicle, or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, within 15 feet of any fire hydrant whether the hydrant is located on a public highway, upon a private road or on private property.
(b) 
In the case of private roads, or plans having private roads, a notice of this prohibition shall be posted by a sign at the entry to the private road or at any entry to plans having private roads within the plan.

In accordance with and under the authority of Section 6109(9) of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, proper signs shall be erected to give notice of the following prohibited left turns, and no vehicle operator shall make a left turn in violation thereof:
(1) 
Exiting from the westerly or lower exit from the Kaufmann's Department Store Complex, no left turns onto Peebles Road.
(2) 
Proceeding easterly on Ingomar Road, no left turns onto Showcase Cinema North entrance roadway; and proceeding on Showcase Cinema North exit roadway, no left turns onto Ingomar Road.

No vehicle being operated in a easterly direction on Cumberland Road shall be permitted to make a left turn on to a driveway, which center line is approximately 207 feet from the center line of the intersection of Babcock Boulevard and Cumberland Road.

No vehicle being operated on Covenant Avenue shall be permitted to make a left turn onto Cumberland Road.

Punishment for any violation hereof shall be as provided in Section 505.99.

(a) 
One-way streets. Whoever violates any provision of Section 505.01 is guilty of a summary offense and shall upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.
(b) 
Speed limitations. Whoever violates any provision of Section 505.02 is guilty of a summary offense and shall upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five miles per hour shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five miles per hour over the maximum speed limit.
(c) 
Stop signs. Whoever violates any provision of Sections 505.03 or 505.07 is guilty of a summary offense and shall upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.
(d) 
Parking prohibitions, fire lanes, near hydrants. Whoever violates any provision of Sections 505.04, 505.05 or 505.08 is guilty of a summary offense and shall upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15.
(e) 
Obstructing clear view. Whoever violates any provision of Section 505.06 shall be fined not more than $300 for each offense and in default of payment shall be imprisoned for not more than five days.
(f) 
Prohibited parking dead-end and hammerhead streets. Whoever violates any provision of Section 505.09 shall be fined not more than $15, plus costs.
(g) 
Left turns prohibited. Whoever violates any provision of Section 505.10 shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall be fined $25, as set forth in Section 6502 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
