The following words, when used in this Article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates otherwise:
PERSON
Includes any natural person, partnership, firm, association or incorporation. The singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and the neuter.
STREET
Any public street, avenue, road, square, alley, highway, roadway, or other public way of the Town.

No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited snow or ice upon the streets and roads located in the Town of McCandless. Violators shall include the person owning or occupying the property from which the snow or ice is deposited on the street or road as well as the person who actually deposits the snow or ice on the street or road.

Failure to remove such deposits upon demand shall be a summary offense and shall result in a fine of $150.
