[The power to adopt an electrical code by reference is
contained in R.S. 40:49-5.1, et seq.]
There is hereby adopted by the borough the National Electrical
Code 1971, copyrighted 1971, published and promulgated by the National
Fire Protection Association, of which code not less than three copies
are filed in the borough clerk's office and the same are hereby
adopted and made a part of this chapter as fully as if set forth at
length herein.
In every case where any supplements to the National Electrical
Code, 1971 Edition are made, any such provisions shall be adopted
and considered to be part of this chapter.
