Any monies raised or appropriated for, or donated to, the Rumford
Performing Arts Committee shall not be deposited into the general
fund of the Town, but will be carried forward into the next budget
year to be used by the Rumford Performing Arts Committee for future
performances or, with permission of the Board of Selectpersons, to
make improvements to the Rumford Falls Auditorium. No salaries will
be paid from these funds. If the Rumford Performing Arts Committee
ceases to exist, then and only then will any monies that have accrued
be transferred into the general fund of the Town.
