The Township of Lopatcong shall be responsible for the sidewalk maintenance for the following sidewalks within the Township:
A. 
The sidewalk on the north side of Belvidere Road between 817 Belvidere Road and the intersection of North 1st Street and between 835 Belvidere Road and the intersection of Willdew Avenue.
(1) 
Specifically, abutting the following properties: Block 27, Lots 3, 3.01, 3.02 and 4; Block 26, Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17; Block 25, Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 and Block 24, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20. Block 2, Lots 31.01, 31.02, 31.03, 31.04, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43 and 43.01; and Block 28, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
B. 
The sidewalk on the south side of Belvidere Road between the intersection of Charles Street and the intersection of the Red School Lane.
(1) 
Specifically, abutting the following properties: Block 32, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 9.01, 10, 10,01, 11, 12 and 14; and Block 32.01, Lot 1.
The Township of Lopatcong shall be responsible for the snow and ice removal for the following sidewalks within the Township:

The sidewalk on the north side of Belvidere Road between 817 Belvidere Road and the intersection of North 1st Street and between 835 Belvidere Road and the intersection of Willdew Avenue.
(1) 
Specifically, abutting the following properties: Block 27, Lots 3, 3.01, 3.02 and 4; Block 26, Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17; Block 25, Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 and Block 24, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20. Block 2, Lots 31.01, 31.02, 31.03, 31.04, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43 and 43.01; and Block 28, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
B. 
The sidewalk on the south side of Belvidere Road between the intersection of Charles Street and the intersection of the Red School Lane.
(1) 
Specifically, abutting the following properties: Block 32, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 9.01, 10, 10.01, 11, 12 and 14; and Block 32.01, Lot 1.
