The provisions of § 466-d of the Real Property Tax Law which provides for a property tax exemption for volunteer firefighters and volunteer ambulance workers is hereby adopted and made applicable in the Town of Hillsdale.

This article shall take effect immediately and shall be applicable to all taxable status dates occurring after this date.
