A license, permit, or other Township approval or authorization
of any kind may be granted only to an applicant who:
A. Has complied with all relevant statutory, charter and title requirements;
B. Has paid all fees, charges, taxes, special assessments and other
debts or obligations that are due from the applicant and payable to
the Township regarding any matter; and
C. Is in compliance with all ordinance requirements and attached conditions
regarding other Township approvals that have been granted to the applicant
for any matter.
The requirements of §
158-1A and
B may be waived in the following circumstances:
A. The applicant has provided sufficient safeguards to assure payment
of debts or compliance with Town requirements within a reasonable
time after the Town approval; or
B. Enforcement of the requirements would result in a practical difficulty
to the applicant for which the applicant bears no fault, or would
otherwise result in an injustice, in the opinion of the Town Board.
