No person shall commit assault or an assault and battery.
No two or more persons shall fight together or commit or attempt
to commit assaults and batteries upon each other, either in public
or in a private place, nor shall they aid, assist or abet the same.
No person shall by noisy or disorderly conduct disturb or interfere
with the quiet or good order of any place of assembly, public or private,
including schools, churches, libraries and reading rooms.

Maximum penalty. Any person violating any part of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty provided by Chapter
1, Article
III.
