Editor's Note: Former § 2-20, Police Department, previously codified herein and containing portions of Ordinance Nos. 51, 70, 365, 2008-5 and 2008-6, was repealed in its entirety by Ordinance No. 2010-5. Pursuant to a Shared Services Agreement with the Borough of Deal dated August 10, 2010, the Borough of Deal will provide police services and protection for the Borough of Interlaken.
