§ 176-25 Pad size and frontage. [Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]The minimum lot size for a mobile home pad in a mobile home park shall be 6,000 square feet, with a minimum frontage of 50 feet.
§ 176-26 Miscellaneous restrictions. A. No mobile home unit parked in a mobile home park shall be immobilized.B. Not more than one mobile home shall be parked in one space.C. No dependent travel-trailer shall be permitted in any mobile home park.
