However, the shared parking provision allows this example multi-use
office development to be constructed by-right with 166 spaces (the
highest number of spaces within the various timeframes - the 7:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekday timeframe). This is because these timeframe
calculations take into account the times of day the various uses utilize
the most parking.
