§ 102-55 Adoption of standards.

The ICC A117.1-2017, Standards for Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Standards for Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities of the City of Rehoboth Beach, in the State of Delaware, and each and all regulations and provisions are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
