Appropriate paperwork for billing purposes shall be prepared by Police and Fire personnel responding to all driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs traffic collision accidents.

After completion the appropriate paperwork will be forwarded to designated personnel of the Office of the Controller for appropriate billing and collection of costs related to the driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drug traffic collision accidents.
