Whenever any officer or employee of the Township is temporarily
absent, disabled or disqualified, the Township Committee may designate
some person to act in place of any such officer or employee during
his/her temporary absence, disability or disqualification.

The Township Committee is empowered to adopt by resolution rules
and regulations for the purpose of implementing this chapter and establishing
policies and procedures to guide the Township officers, employees
and position holders in the exercise of their responsibilities and
privileges of their employment or positions.
