No person on Township-owned property shall kill, injure or disturb any animal or bird, or have in his possession the young of any wild animal, or the eggs or nest, or young, of any reptile or bird; or damage any grass, tree, shrub, plant, soil, rock, sand or any building, sign, structure or equipment upon any premises owned or leased by the Township, except during a controlled deer hunt running concurrent with the State of New Jersey firearm deer seasons.

The House and Barn at Hillside Park are available to the general public to rent for events.
A.
The Hillside House fee schedule is as follows:
(1)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for a rental fee of $300 per day.
(2)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for a rental fee of $500 per day.
(3)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for a rental fee of $200 per day, if the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day.
(4)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for a rental fee of $400 per day, if the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day.

Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for three consecutive days for a total rental fee of $700.
(6)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for three consecutive days on a holiday weekend for a total rental fee of $500.
(7)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for three consecutive days for a total rental fee of $1,200.
(8)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for three consecutive days on a holiday weekend for a total rental fee of $1,000.
(9)
Township based non-profit youth groups and Greater Andover Senior Group, FOP: Toys for Tots, Sustainable Andover: Winter Market, Andover Township 8th Grade Dance, Andover Regional Education Foundation, Newton Highschool Booster Club, New Braves Midget Football shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for up to three hours for no charge, once per calendar year, Monday through Thursday ONLY. All Township-based non-profits are required to pay the $100 cleaning fee. This payment is to be submitted with the completed rental agreement paperwork, no later than six weeks prior to the event date.
(10)
Andover Township non-profit organizations shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House at special rates:
(a)
Andover Township non-profit organizations: $200 per day.
(b)
If the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental fee shall be $150 per day.
(11)
Township employees shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House at special rates:
(a)
Township employees are entitled to one free rental per employment. The one free rental per employment is for the Hillside House OR the Hillside Barn. The cleaning fee, which is subject to change, MUST BE PAID. All future rentals for Township employees are $150 per day, plus the cost of the cleaning fee.
(b)
If the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental fee shall be $100 per day.
(12)
Out-of-town non-profits shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside House for $300 per day. However, if the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental fee shall be $200 per day.

All non-profits are required to submit a certificate of insurance listing Andover Township as additionally insured. All non-profits are required to pay the $300 security deposit. This payment is to be submitted with the completed rental agreement paperwork, no later than six weeks prior to the event date.
B.
The Hillside Barn fee schedule is as follows:
(1)
Andover Township Residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for a rental fee of $1,000 per day.
(2)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for a rental fee of $1,500 per day.
(3)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for a rental fee of $800 per day, if the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day.
(4)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for a rental fee of $1,300 per day, if the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day.
(5)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for three consecutive days for a total rental fee of $2,600.
(6)
Andover Township residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for three consecutive days for a rental fee on a holiday weekend for a total rental fee of $2,400.
(7)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for three consecutive days for a total rental fee of $4,200.
(8)
Non-residents shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for three consecutive days for a rental fee on a holiday weekend for a total rental fee of $4,000.
(9)

Township employees shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn at special rates:
(a)

(12)
Out-of-town non-profits shall be permitted to utilize the Hillside Barn for $900 per day. However, if the rental falls on the weekend of New Year's Day; Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Presidents' Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving Day; and/or Christmas Day, the rental fee shall be $700 per day. All nonresident non-profits are required to submit a certificate of insurance listing Andover Township as additionally insured.

All residents, non-residents, non-profits and non-resident non-profits are required to pay the $500 security deposit. This is due no later than six weeks before the event date.
