The Mayor and Council do hereby authorize the Tax Collector's Office to accept ACH payments (e-checks) and credit card payments for the payment of municipal property taxes.

The use of ACH payment (e-checks) and credit cards for payment is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 5:30-9.1 et seq.
